- First schedule your complimentary consult, so you can directly tell me what you're ready to shift.
- After the consult, you will be invited to schedule your first 90-minute energy healing with me (this is done directly on the call).
- You’ll receive a pre-session healing guide from me on how to best prepare for your session.
- Once you arrive on the call, simply let go & get ready to receive your customized healing. Keep your space sacred & make sure you have complete privacy.
- There will be time at the end to reflect on the session, and get my expert guidance on what direction to go in next.
- The remaining two sessions within your package will be scheduled before ending the call.

Using my counseling skills, we’ll hone in on your current pain points and drill down to the root issue. Then, depending on your needs and my intuition, I’ll lead you in a healing experience.
What can I expect in a virtual healing session?
Yes. Part of my process is reading your energy, and this is best done with your camera and audio on. I want you to get the most benefit, and it won’t be as effective if I can’t see you on camera.
Do I need to be on video?
As long as you have video and audio, you’re good to go!
What do I need to bring to our session?
Sometimes, we come into a session believing we need one specific technique, only to discover that something else may better address the root cause of what’s really going on. I use my intuition to guide the healing process, recommending the approach that will best serve your unique needs. If you’re looking for a predetermined technique, I may not be the best fit, as these sessions are designed to go beyond surface-level solutions and create deep, transformative healing tailored just for you.
