PAYMENT TERMS & 24HR CANCELLATION POLICY
Laura Chandler Coaching LLC values your business and asks that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us (either through the reschedule link found in the original booking confirmation email or by emailing hello@liftedwithlaura.com) at least 24 hours in advance. Private sessions are only allowed one reschedule.
PAYMENT TERMS
All sales and service transactions are final and nonrefundable.
Payment is required at the time of booking and prior to receiving any and all services. I agree not to make any chargebacks, or disputes, or cancel the credit/debit card that is provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made less than 24 hours from booked appointment will NOT be credited regardless of circumstances. No exceptions. Payment will be forfeited.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of booked appointment will be eligible for a credit for future use. Client may reschedule up to 1 time with a single credit (in accordance with 24-hour policy). If the reschedule appointment is not attended and/or cancelled, one-time reschedule credit will be forfeited. Sessions within a package must be used within the indicated amount of time per the specific multi-session agreement (for example, 30 days, etc.) Sessions within the multi-session package are subject to the same cancellation policy as single sessions, once date/time is chosen, you can reschedule up to 1 time. If the reschedule time is not attended by you, the booker, the credit is forfeited.
I acknowledge that certain special events (for example, seasonal women circles, digital products, group programs, etc.) are excluded from this policy and are final sale with no refunds or credits as noted in the respective registration links.
I acknowledge that if I have purchased a multi-session package, I agreed to redeem my sessions within the indicated amount of days communicated at purchase (for example, 30 days – 12 months respectively per registration links) and I understand if I do not use my sessions within the designated timeframe, I will lose them.
By acknowledging and completing the checkbox on the booking page, or submitting payment on invoice, or through written confirmation, I, the undersigned, agree to all terms, conditions, and disclaimers set forth above. I consent that this acknowledgement is equivalent to a printed signature.
